With that in mind, we carefully fit each customer to assure the best fit. We usually try several pairs, sizes and styles. When fitting a pair of sandals we look for three considerations. A little room in the front to protect your toes, that the support areas are hitting the correct areas on the bottom of your feet and assure your heals are cradled in the back.
We have you walk on a hard surface to feel the comfort, support and assure the proper fit. Our sandals are extremely adjustable and when we sell a pair of sandals or shoes we’re confident that it’s the right shoe for the right person.
To further assure your sandals or shoes are right for you, we suggest first wearing them inside your home to assure you’re happy with the fit and comfort.
Return PolicyAny sandals or shoes can be returned within 90 days for a full refund if they don’t show wear. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase. Special Orders require a 25% restocking fee as they are made on an individual basis specifically for you.
Sandals and shoes showing wear or not in good condition are not returnable. Shoes are a personal item and we do not sell used shoes. Wear is usually visible on the reflexology knobs on the bottom of the sole.
Our sandals and shoes are made in the United States, with the finest polyurethane soles, American leathers, 3M Velcro and buckles from Cape Cod. They are individually made, hand stitched and often customized for our customers.
While we rarely have a problem, we will replace or repair any sandal or shoe that has a manufacturing defect within 180 days of purchase. Please keep your receipt. After 180 days they are not returnable.
